[Dx-qsl] PSE ADVISE for SWL card

Phil is absolutely correct - I'm a Ham and SWL.
Cluster reports are invalid, 2-3 QSOs for a SWL (best one after one) are okay.

But when sending a SWL QSL for a QSO with my personal Ham-call, I can't see
anything wrong in there. Why? Because I have really heard the DX-station (otherwise
I could not have able to make a QSO with it). And that shows better then anything else,
that I really have heard them. SWLs are trying to HEAR the DX station. And when I have
really heard them (even as a Ham), it should be o-kay.
Is DE1DXX another person as DO1DXX? I have the same name, QTH, Radio and the
same wife.
