FS wasn't deleted.

You're thinking of the changes involving the islands that composed the two old Netherlands Antilles entities.  As of 10/10/2010, due to the implementation of political changes, the two N.A. entities ceased to exist, but were replaced with four new ones (I'd tell you exactly which ones, but I don't have my notes in front of me right now, and I don't want to give you bad information on the fly).

But the French part of St. Martin/Sint Maarten wasn't affected by this change at all.
