The following was in the latest OPDX Bulletin: FS,PJ7 - Jeff, VA3QSL will be active as FS/VA3QSL from St. Martin (NA-105) and as PJ7/VA3QSL from Sint Maarten (NA-105) on 23-27 February. I'm either confused or dumb. I thought FS was now deleted. Will someone explain? Henry WA0GOZ
