[Dx-qsl] Help Needed No DXCC

Delete them from the log ?!
Is acceptance for DXCC your only criteria?
A callsign not accepted for DXCC doesn't mean this station is illegal. In
most cases it means the operator didn't sent papers to DXCC desk only.
