[Dx-qsl] Help Needed No DXCC

Remember G3JKI/5A ... almost 15 years !!!

I never permanently delete QSO's .  If you have a non-counter just don't 
record QSL verification in your logs.  I have a bunch of non-counters, but 
don't enter any data to mess up my DXCC QSL database.  If you care about 
sending a card, that shouldn't affect anything, just clear the print command 
so it doesn't skew your QSL sent vs. recd stats after you send it..
