[Dx-qsl] Found part of the problem for D44TBE

Club log is only listing RTTY/PSK QSO's right now.  Not sure why, but that answers the main problem.  I'd still like to understand how some confirmed QSO's don't make it in the upload.  My stupidity of the process is I'm sure the problem.  It's basically a very good tool to keep the dupes down though...I like the idea.
