[Dx-qsl] Club log posts problems...

Has anyone else been having problems with their QSO's showing up on the club log site.  I had one band I had to rework for S9DX, but now 3 for D44TBE? 9Q50ON only had one, but that was on 75, and condx weren't the best.  I've been around long enough to know my call, and have confirmed it when there was a question of copy.  I don't know how the upload takes place for sure since I have never used it.  I don't want to dupe QSO's if I don't need to so just am asking if I'm the only one.  Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly...I'm certainly willing to learn with this really neat tool.

Any ideas???
