[Dx-qsl] Alternative Outgoing QSL Service?

YES there is a GUY   a  W5FF maybe ? he has a qsl service, I get BIG 
envelopes from him from time to time, although I dont use hiis services.
but he sends them to me for V44KAI. he also sends an SASE. to get them back.
