[Dx-qsl] A73A

I can certainly see where EA7FTR is coming from. Although I'm not sure
about the $$$ situation (that seems a bit squirrely), I can certainly
understand the one call per envelope policy. Although I didn't do that with
Dave Heil's many operations, I should have. I was receiving QSL/QSO
requests for 2,3, or even 4 operations sometimes in one envelope. Some
times there were donations, many generous, so I felt they understood what I
was up against. I can't even understand or perceive the massive operations
of Joe (W3HNK), and Bob (N2OO).

I processed them in single call, double call, then multi call order, not
counting multiple QSO's on each card. I had to refile my processed cards
again after the first round, then second round, etc... the OQSL process is
soooo cool, that I wish it were there when I was managing. This did cause a
delay sometimes, ESPECIALLY when they QSL'd a very new QSO that I didn't
have logs for yet, along with those that did. Just think of the variables
in this situation! (And it DOES happen !)

Anyway, only my 2 cents worth, and hats off to all who handle the manager
calling everywhere.

73 all
