When you look up EA7FTR on QRZ.COM there is a link to:

On his website Francisco advises his QSL policy as:
QSL received Direct with SAE with "2USD" 2IRC = Direct. 
Send 1 QSL per Letter. ONLY!!!!!!!!!! 
I Will not accept more than one station QSL Card in the same envelope. 
You need send separate request (one envelope) for every callsign.

I'm sure he does this to be more efficient. Just think of the work to open a
single envelope with 10 or 20 QSL requests. A QSL mgr has to temporary
pigeon hole all the QSL's going to you while he waits for a late log from
one station you sent a card for. I would not want to do this. It is better
with his system one QSL in an envelope with GS and SAE and it will get back
to you right away. Otherwise he sends your card via the buro. Makes sense to
me.
