I have offered my services as his qsl manager to attend to his logs etc,
but its not happening. A fellow UK Ham was recently in 3B9
and spoke at length to Robert.

The bad news is that health problems are keeping him from operating, and answering QSL's. All his equipment is intact, but it is a true physical effort for him to operate at this time. Please pass on the message that no more cards should be sent until further notice. This health situation has been evident for a number of years, and requires specialty care. This is why over the past several years responses have not been forthcoming.

If there is an ENT ham out there that might wish to assist, please contact me. Possibly Robert might be open to working with a fellow ham.
