[Dx-qsl] QSL cards from EP3SMH and AP2JZB

I have a qsl from EP3SMH for a contact in year 2000.  Didn't get a response 
until I sent registered in 2001.  I'm now waiting for another qsl from him 
for about a year (new country on RTTY).  Looks like I will have to try 
registered again.
