[Dx-qsl] QSL cards from EP3SMH and AP2JZB

Has anyone had any luck obtaining QSL cards from either EP3SMP or AP2JZB?  I
work both of them back in 2002 and have sent at least eight cards to each
and have not had a bit of luck getting anything back.

Both have what seems to be good QSL information on QRZ.com.  To date, I have
only sent cards via regular mail; nothing "exotic" like registered.
