[Dx-qsl] Empty envelope from W3 buro

I am an area buro for the RSGB and many times I get envelopes from 
clients (you guys) which are past their sell by date and the self 
adhesive no longer is - os some people in fact use embelopes with NO for 
of sealing whatsoever.   Sometimes the emvelope glue just doesn't stick.

Its not always the fault of the Buro.....
