[Dx-qsl] QSLs from AP2JZB and EP2SMH

Dick, et al.:

If you hear EP2SMH on PLEASE spot them hi hi.  EP is one of three countries I still need to work them, all.  P5 and a BS7H (that counts) are the others.  I worked the first BS7H and have a card, but the ARRL won't count it because the scaffolds "were in the water" at low/high tide.  Although if you look at the cards or web pages for the other two operations  their scaffolds were "in the water" at various times.

I've seen an EP spotted on 20m and 15m about 0900 or 1000Z and up until 1200Z, but that's waaaay to early for us in the midwest (North Texas) to have any propagation on either band to that part of the world.  Even a friend of mine who has a Tennadyne T8 at 105 feet in West Texas couldn't hear them at that time.

Oh well!!!!!
