[Dx-qsl] BEWARE 2009 IRCs for sale!

I agree - total rubbish....

Last time the IRCs changed - during the last couple of days of the old 
ones, I simply took them to my post office and echanged them for 
stamps....   D'oh!   I thought thats what you were supposed to do with 
them anyway?

Old ones arriving AFTER the deadline - now that different - now thats a 
problem for the SENDER.   Send them to me and I will return your card 
via the BURO..
