[Dx-qsl] Question re. Returning USA-Purchased IRCs

Hi Dick
They are supposed to be able to be returned to any USA post office but 
some smaller ones have know idea what they are. perhaps a larger one in 
your area is the best bet.
There are USPS regulations listed some where on the internet, but I am 
not sure where except under postal regulations
