Things a REALLY simple. La Réunion is a french department, number 97.
You only need to send your mail as if it was to France (postcode 
beginning by 97, city, and FRANCE).

No "Indian Ocean", or "via xxx".. only FRANCE. The mail service in 
Réunion is done by "La Poste", as for mainland. It cost the same for us 
to send a letter to mainland or Réunion, by the way.
