There was a post some time back about addressing envelopes to Reunion 
and onwards.  I can't remember what it said exactly, but it was from the 
difference between a French Department and a French Overseas territory 
or something - and it suggested that if the envelope was NOT addressed 
correctly it would not get delivered.

Sounds a bit like the French to me.....

Maybe some French members could comment on this.......
