Gentlemen,
Let's all take a deep breath and take a step back.
We all do things differently, and we all need to respect that. We also all
need to show respect for each other and a tolerance for differences in
methodology. So please---no more criticism because someone does something in
a different manner than what you think is most effective (or most whatever).
Enough said.
