Hello Fred,

I agree with some of the folks who have commented about your efforts at the 
qsl bureau and I also applaud your commitment. As a suggestion wouldn't it 
be better to make a list of all the stations you have commented about in one 
simple list? I think it would serve you and the list better if you just make 
a list of all these stations that qsl wrongfully to the W3 bureau. That list 
could circulate among other bureaus a lot more easily than all the emails 
that you have sent along.

Just my humble opinion,
