This Bureau continues to get cards for AO3K.  Many of the QSL Bureaus
in other countries do not realize that the USA has not been assigned
the entire "A" block of calls by the ITU.  Our prefixes are only from
AA thru AL.  The ITU's own  list of assigned prefixes can be found
here: http://life.itu.int/radioclub/rr/ap42.htm

If any readers have contact with their respective national QSL
Bureaus, it would help us a lot if you can let them know to consult
this page when they are deciding to which bureau they should send a
card.

As for AO3K, those cards should go to EA3GHZ.  We forward them to him
via the URE Spanish QSL Bureau.
