This Bureau continues to receive QSLs saying "CO6XN via N3ZOM".  N3ZOM
is the Manager for CO6XN but has indicated to us that he does not wish
to receive CO6XN cards which come in via the Bureau.  Only those
sending direct to N3ZOM with provision for sufficient return postage
need apply to him for a CO6XN card.

We forward these cards to the Cuban bureau without any idea whether
that works or not.
