This Bureau is still receiving QSL cards saying: "9Y4VU via W3EVW"
even though Roger, W3EVW became a Silent Key on 8 January 2002.  If
anyone knows the source of this mis-information we would appreciate
your trying to get it corrected.

We forward such cards to the Trinidad-Tobago Bureau, though 9Y4VU says
on his QRZ.com lookup to "use Callbook address" which we interpret to
mean that Frank answers only direct requests.
