This Bureau continues to receive cards addressed "ZS4RY via K3IRV."
K3IRV is NOT the manager for ZS4RY.  If anyone knows the source of
this mis-information please try to have it corrected.

Our only recourse is to forward such cards to the South African
Bureau.  We note that on his QRZ.com page ZS4RY says "QSL direct" so
the likelihood that a bureau card will receive a response is doubtful.
