[Dx-qsl] I guess I should give up on Vlads qsls

You are not alone.  At this time I consider Vlad to be a 'black hole'
and have pretty well given up ever receiving the QSLs (sent 3x) or an
email  reply (many different addresses) .

I sent emails to Vlad and his Helper.

I had sent a large packet with plenty of 'remuneration when his
dxpedition/vacation ended.

I've received no email replies, and obviously if I'm writing this...no
qsls.
