[Dx-qsl] I guess I should give up on Vlads qsls

I wouldn't give up.. I initially sent my qsl card(s) in
July 2007. I went as far as
sending my summary of contacts and IRC's in a Tyvek envelope.
I followed up with an e-mail some months later. I received a
reply that my envelope
had been received . After a long period of waiting, In
December 2008, I contacted Vlad, and received a discouraging reply that
my request was either lost or had not been received.
I started the process all over e-mailing a summary of all contacts
as well as a donation
( via PatPal).. It all paid off, I received all the qsl cards this
week amounting to 81 qso's.
Each card is different and presents a picture of the area he was
operating from, as well as being hand written..

( I must add at this point, Vlad told me ...several times the
PayPal donation is not necessary
.. I guess I kept after him, he finally ((I think to shut me
up)) relented, and said do what you want to do..)
                                   I would contact him again.
