This Bureau continues to receive QSLs for NP3U.  It should be noted
that calls with the prefixes KP3, NP3 and WP3 should go to Puerto Rico
which has its own QSL bureau at:

Puerto Rico QSL Bureau, Box 9021061, San Juan, PR 00902-1061

Puerto Rican stations are not served by this bureau, and we have to
forward cards received for them to the Puerto Rican bureau.

Exceptions are WP3C, WP3R, and NP4A which CAN be handled by this
Bureau because W3HNK is their manager.

In the case of NP3U, the manager is WP4U.
