This Bureau continues to receive QSLs for "4L0HQ via K3PD".  Sadly,
we lost our good friend Pete, K3PD who was also our "H" suffix sorter
for this Bureau, to cancer on 19 June 2008.  Therefore if anyone knows
of any sources of information  which still list K3PD as manager for
any station, it would be appreciated if you try to get this
mis-information corrected.

As to 4L0HQ, we understand that the new manager for this station is
UA9LP, so we forward 4L0HQ cards to him via the Russian bureau.
