Charles,

Last time I received a card from Frank, I sent a SASE with Namibian postage
to his German address & got my card back relatively quickly.  Cards sent to
the German address are packaged up & forwarded to him in Nambia.  He then
answers the cards from there.  This method was established to avoid the
terrible problem he had with mail theft.  It sure is a lot cheaper than
registered mail which is what I used for my 1st card from him before he had
the German address set up.
