[Dx-qsl] Difficult QSL's

Since this seems to be pertinent subject today; besides UA4WHX who I 
have 5R8VB and 5Z4/UA4WHX outstanding,  has anyone had any luck with 
these guys?
I have sent about one card per year and haven't heard anything.

Dick, UA0FF collects green stamps and I don't know anyone who has 
received a QSL from him.

Likewise, PZ1DV	won’t QSL. (since 3/13/95). Don't even bother. His
