[Dx-qsl] Difficult QSL's

UA4WHX was easy.

He can put 3 QSOs on each QSL. 1 IRC will send 5-7 cards.  His QSL s are
lightweight.
I sent registered and got back registered. It took about 2 months.

If you sent $$ , they are gone. Use only IRCs from your country.

I asked about WF5E service and Ua4whx said they would be treated the same as
bureau cards.
