[Dx-qsl] Difficult QSL's

You are lucky when waiting for only two QSOs from UA4WHX.
I am waiting for 78 QSOs and still nothing after 2 years.

This is Gargantual task bearing in mind that
the logs are paper logs, with manually written cards.

EP2SMH return direct requests. EP bureau never sent anything
in past 10 years.

Since this seems to be pertinent subject today; besides UA4WHX who I
have 5R8VB and 5Z4/UA4WHX outstanding,  has anyone had any luck with
these guys? 
I have sent about one card per year and haven't heard anything.
