Scott,

     I read the web site and found a link to a .PDF file that seems 
to have a lot more info.  In fact pages and pages of it.  From what I 
can see, these increases seem to be related to express mail and 
parcels, but I suspect I'm not looking in the right place.  Currently 
it costs $0.72 to send a letter from the USA to Canada.  I have a 
number of 72-cent USA stamps I use to put on SASEs for US stations 
when I send for cards.  Can you or anyone else tell me if that is 
increasing from $0.72 (USA to Canada?)
