[Dx-qsl] Forever Stamps and year end dxpeditions.

Yes, I use them on all my stateside QSL Mgr SAE's but am surprised when
some come back with extra postage attached. Guess some people don't
understand the concept of the Forever stamps.
I don't understand the statement that they look similar to the Flag
stamps. There is NO flag on the Forever stamp. It has the Liberty Bell
on it with the notation USA FIRST CLASS MAIL FOREVER along the right
side. No Flag anywhere on the Forever stamps unless they are selling a
different style back east.
