I've always sent my buros $25 and a bunch of address labels.  They 
haven't complained yet.

Also, I read someplace that the US Postal Service said they -won't- 
be increasing First Class rates in 2010.  I bought 500 Forever stamps 
when they first came out.  Now if they would just come out with a 
Forever international air mail stamp I would be a happy camper.
