[Dx-qsl] OK to send QSL's to Europe in August

>From my own experience here in germany,
I have a large P.O.Box
I never had one complete month holiday, however if I had a complete
it would be no problem at all to fit the incoming mail completely in my 
P.O.Box.

Of course it´s also true that the postal workers have also their main 
holiday
around this time but it maybe results in a one day delay but not that
it will be stored until they come back to work.

I have another problem.
I send to managers with enough donations during the whole year and
don´t get any reply at all and the reason is not any holiday , hi.
