I worked both CM6CAC and YAC on 160m and got cards via the bureau - 
suggest u e-mail either of these guys for info on RCR (mebbe one of 
them will turn up on 160m and work you - should be easy from the USA!).

As for JX4JLK - I heard him today say his QTH is in Moscow!!  

But LA5HE knows better than most the situation in Jan Mayen (tnx Rag).
