[Dx-qsl] IRC's question

I had figured that the clerk I spoke with was a dolt. He mentioned something
about an international money order but I just said no. Felt like I was in a
cartoon with about 20 question marks over my head when I left there. The
only reason I went there was on the suggestion of my local PO branch which I
knew going in that they didn't have any. I live in a small town in NC so I
wasn't very confident that they would have any. However, the lady was
knowledgable of them and very helpful on directing me to a larger branch. We
really don't have much of a demand for them here.
I think I'll take Peter's advice and contact the Branch Manager. Many thanks
to Dino for the FAQ's and postal manual section pertaining to them. Also,
thanks to the rest of you for your comments.
