[Dx-qsl] ZL3A, V48M, and T99W

To answer the question about ZL3A, QRZ.com shows a path of ZL3MM
I heard a few ZL's and VK's in the upper part of 40m last night, too.



I have a couple of questions of my own.....

V48M was active this weekend - is that via K2SB?

T99W - Have had trouble getting a card for 2 QSO's from last March. Now
I worked him on 80m. Has anyone gotten replies from him that can suggest
a better QSL method?
