Vedr. [Dx-qsl] DJ6SI procedures?

In my experience , Baldur is a very reliable QSL-er.
It may take some time but he is coming through.
He still travels a lot as we have  seen recently(9X)
I believe he still uses handwritten logs !
QSL receuved both via DARC buro and direct.
