[Dx-qsl] DJ6SI procedures?

I have sent several cards to DJ6SI, as manager, via the bureau, and have
received nothing back.  Has anyone received cards via the buro from him?
Looking at both QRZ.COM and BUCK, I see nothing there that says direct only,
thus assumed he took buro cards, as is acceptable under the QSL Managers
group.  Apparently he doesnt subscribe to that?
