heard him in 2004 twice - send via bureau to UA9CLB - and received via  bureau
 
Heard him in 2005 - send direct via UA9CLB: Vadim Ovsiannikov, P.O.  Box 256, 
620000 Ekaterinburg, RUSSIA (SAE + 1 USD) - received direct.

Mailed both requests same  time.

Hope there is not mail service problems  getting mail to them.
