[Dx-qsl] How to get a card for 8Q7DV ??

I am trying to get a card for  8Q7DV and sent the card via UA9CLB and no answer.
   
  Also tried sending to UA9CI who was a member on the expedition.
   
  Mailed both requests same time.
   
  Hope there is not mail service problems getting mail to them.
   
  Anyone have suggestions ?
   
  Green Stamps/ IRCs/ SASE  ??????????
