[Dx-qsl] Attaching or just enclosing foreign stamps?

First make sure that you have international size enevelopes. In my experience the biggest problem with US hams asking for direct QSL is small enevelopes, strangely enough !

Once you have that in place, it is most convenient that the stamps are on the envelopes.
