[Dx-qsl] Attaching or just enclosing foreign stamps?

I'm about to mail out 17 DX QSLs, and for the first time have purchased each country's airmail stamps from William Plum.

Should the stamps be sent "loose" or be attached to my self-addressed envelope?

I would think sticking them onto the return envelope would be the most convenient for the DX op, but I'd like to hear the DX-QSL group's ideas. Please let me know of your experiences.
