[Dx-qsl] C31SD via CT1AMK?

I have been trying for years to confirm two QSOs 
with C31SD in 2/99 and 2/01 via his manager of 
record CT1AMK.  My last attempt was by Registered 
Mail over a year ago.  Attempts at e-mail to ct1amk at netcabo.pt also bounce.

The mailing address I have been using for CT1AMK from QRZ.com is:
