[Dx-qsl] HV4NAC CARD

I have had mixed success with HV4NAC/IK0FVC.  I needed a 10m
confirmation and I finally received it by using the WF5E-DX QSL service.
You might try that route.  I also vaguely remember that some of the logs
were 'lost'.

I worked HV4NAC back in 1997, sent a card to IK0FVC, with no response.
Again in August 2006 I sent a direct card to IK0FVC, but again no
response.
Does this guy ever respond?  There is no email address listed in either
QRZ.COM or BUCK, so have been unable to email him.  It is my only RTTY
contact with the Vatican.
