[Dx-qsl] HV4NAC CARD

HV4NAC was worked here in 1993 for my only 80 Mtr contact.  Unfortunately, I 
didn't save info on who the manager was at that time, but probably the 
same - IK0FVC.
I sent my qsl with $2 & SAE, and received a qsl back, but I didn't record 
info on how long it took.
