Most german  hams have an email address like call at darc.de
because it is a free service of  the german Amateur Radio Club.
Not sure if he uses this service but surely  worth a try.

It appears the many, if not the majority of email addresses  in QRZ.COM , or
in Buck, are incorrect.  I sure get a lot of bounces on  them.  I try to send
an email, asking the ops if they received my cards,  before I send another.
Often, they never got the first one, or just tell me  to send another.  Once
in a while, a guy will just say he will drop  another in the buro for me.
Thats usually just fine, as if they get here  before I die, Ill know it - and
if not - who cares?
